All of the products we provide are handcrafted.
Custom Order(s)
If you have seen something you like that we do not already offer and would like it made for you please don’t hesitate to ask. You can e-mail us directly at  Bellalunaeterna@gmail.com or by using the “Custom Order(s)” form located on the “Custom Order(s)” Page in the navigation menu. Exact colors and patterns cannot be guaranteed do to differences in manufacturing of products being used to make our items. Stain colors, and wood grain textures tend to vary, but will definitely be beautiful once the item is completed. Pricing  is subject to change for custom orders due to any extra costs incurred. Special orders require a minimum of $10.00 deposit. Items over $50.00 will require half the money down.  Any orders that are not picked up/delivered or paid for in full within 10 days after notification of the item being completed will be resold. If a deposit has been taken to hold an item, but exceed the 10 days,  you forfeit the deposit money by not picking up your items. Unless there has been an emergency and it is agreed upon by correspondence by the 10th day. Thank you for your understanding.
Refunds & Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have not received an item or if you receive a damaged item. We want you to really love your product, so we will offer repairs for 30 days from the date of purchase. You are responsible for paying for return shipping, but we will send the item back to you free of charge.
We can’t be responsible for items lost in the mail, but let me know if you have not received your purchase and we will do our best to help you track your package.
We would be quite concerned to learn that you were not pleased with your purchase, so please e-mail us if you have any concerns and I’m sure we can work together to resolve any reasonable problems.
